[17].Surah Al-Isra' [The Journey By Night] also known as Surah Bani Israel [The Children of Israel]

Ayat 88. Say: "If the mankind and the jinns were together to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they helped one another."

Tafseer of Surah Al Isra' (Bani Israel) Ayat 88. Say: "If the whole of mankind and Jinns were to gather together to produce the like of this Qur´an, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they backed up each other with help and support. For the meaning of "Jinns", 6:100. The proof of the Qur'an is in its own beauty and nature, and the circumstances in which it was promulgated. The world is challenged to produce a Book like it and has not produced one. It is the only revealed Book whose text stands pure and uncorrupted today. Cf., for a similar challenge, 2:23,10:38, and11:13.

English Translation of Hadith

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported the Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said "Every Prophet was given miracles because of which people believed, but what I have been given, is Divine Inspiration (Quran) which Allah has revealed to me. So I hope that my followers will outnumber the followers of the other Prophets on the Day of Resurrection."

[Al-Bukhari Book 06, Chapter 61, Hadith # 504].

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Al-Isra Ayat 88."were together to produce the like of this Quran" Those who neglected the teachings of Islam will be disgraced and humiliated. May Allah guide and enable us to re-establish our contact with the Qur'an so that we can regain our past glory.
