[16].Surah An-Nahl [The Bees]
Ayat 98. So when you want to recite the Qur'an, seek refuge with Allah from Shaitan (Satan), the outcast (the cursed one).
Ayat 99. Verily! He has no power over those who believe and put their trust only in their Lord (Allah).
Ayat 100. His power is only over those who obey and follow him (Satan), and those who join partners with Him (Allah) [i.e. those who are Mushrikun – polytheists
Tafseer Surah Al Nahl Ayat 98, 99 & 100. When thou dost read the Qur´an, seek Allah's protection from Satan the rejected one. Evil has no authority or influence on those who put their trust in Allah. It is good to express that trust in outward actions, and a formal expression of it-as in the formula, "I seek Allah's protection from Evil'-helps us. Reading or reciting the Qur'an should be understood both literally and figuratively as the symbol of the earnest desire of the soul to know and understand Allah's Will and act in accordance therewith. Man is weak at best, and he should seek strength for his will in Allah's help and protection. 99. No authority has he over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord. 100. His authority is over those only, who take him as patron and who join partners with Allah.

English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah 
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "He who does not memorize any part from the Qur'an he is like the ruined house.''
[At-Tirmidhi Hadith # 2913].
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah An-Nahl Ayat 99.those who believe and put their trust only in their Lord (Allah). This Hadith means that the heart of that Muslim is devoid of grace of spiritualism and Grace of Allah who does not remember by heart any portion of the Qur'an, in the same way as a deserted house is deprived of inhabitants and Blessings of Allah. What we learn from this is that every Muslim must remember some portion of the Qur'an so that he is safe from the admonition mentioned in this Hadith.
