There are lot of key-value measurements which I don't want to see in the annotation / hierarchy tab. However I am able to delete only the key-value pairs which I have additionally added and not the ones which are there by default.

I had a look at this - https://gist.github.com/Svidro/33558ac3bd9f68a5ec2428f74550831f#file-removing-measurements-by-keyword-groovy , but this doesn't solve my problem. Any suggestions ?

Most annotation measurements are generated dynamically (not part of the static Measurement List) and are not removable as a measurement. Detection measurements are fixed and part of the Measurement List, and so should be removable.

I do not think it is possible t remove things like Class or Name from the annotation display. You should be able to pick only certain columns to output when exporting data, though.

It's currently not possible, for the reason miroscopyra gave. It would be helpful to have more information about what measurements you don't want and how important is it that they should be removed (rather than just ignoring them).
