Hi!
I'm trying to create a project and add images by importing in this case four VSI-files at once. Each VIS-file has a distinct name and is a multi-layer file that contains an overview, a label, and two fields of 10x-images. It all opens quickly and each individual image has all the connected info and related image layers, but the image list itself doesn't make sense. The thumbnails are showing the same image for all the different image types (10x_01, 10x_02, label, overview) and the naming is also not helping, so there is no way of distinguishing the images from each other. Only when clicking on the thumbnail the image opens and you see the "real" image and the name is found under image properties. See attached image. This also happens if I open by dragging and dropping the individual files.
Is this a known problem? Any solution to this?

I think this is a known issue with how BioFormats opens certain file formats, since different files, even of the same type, occasionally store the "appropriate" names in different places. Pete is working on it for the new release.
I have also seen the duplicated thumbnails on multi-scene czi files, so I think that is also more of a general interface with BioFormats type of thing.
