i have hundreds of .qpdata files where ROIs are manually annotated, and i'd like to run a script over the ROIs. i tried to create a project, add .qpdata files to the project and utilize 'run for project', but adding .qpdata failed. alternatively i would be able to retrieve the ROIs saved in a .qpdata file and overlay on the .svs file, which can be a part of a script. can i do this? i don't really want to open a .qpdata file one by one and push ^R over and over T_T

Hi Niki,
Do you mean you want to add previous .qpdata annotations to a different QuPath project containing the same slides? As far as I understand, in that case it should be sufficient to add all the slides to which the .qudata-annotations belong to the project, and then simply copy the .qudata-files into the "data"-subfolder?

and if you only want to transfer Annotations, they can be automaticalle ex- and imported by scritping.
