Changing the sampling frequency

Is there any way to change the sampling frequency? Is it a hardware limitation?

I would like the Pulse Repetition Interval to be a multiple of sampling interval.

Currently the sampling frequency cannot be changed. This limitation is in the firmware of the microprocessor and can not be changed.
