There was a report on IRC that the font size on Windows can't be changed
and indeed gtk settings doesn't seem to work, at least in te latest stable
release.

Things to investigate:

* Does the gtk font size scale with the Windows dpi setting?
* What does Windows do on hidpi displays, just set the dpi?
* Is there a way to change the font size and can we add an option to the
theme switcher plugin?

Answer to 1: Yes, the font is bigger if the Windows DPI setting is
increased.
