Version: 3.3.1 (installer) on Windows 8.1

Having Quodlibet running breaks dead key functionality in all other running
programs. Dead keys work fine within QL, but in any other program, they
fail.

I expect to type ' + a and get á.

Instead, I type ' + a and get ''a. Pressing a dead key outputs two copies
of the dead key character, rather than outputting none and combining with
the next letter.

Again, dead keys work fine within QL, and closing ql solves the issue.
Earlier builds of QL on Linux Mint 16/17 also had no problem, it seems to
be Windows only.
