Installing GTK+ Themes? (Windows 10)

Hi there everyone!

My roommate just introduced me to Quod Libet and I'm gradually falling in love with it! Thanks to all the devs and contributors for their wonderful work on this! :+)

I do have a question about themes, however. I guess the question is simply... how do I install new GTK+ themes? I'm running Windows 10 so I imagine this may be trickier than it is on Linux... Funny enough, I dug around the net to find some info on this and came across this guide to installing GTK+ themes on freeciv! The approaches listed there seemed pretty universal to programs running GTK, but after testing it out I don't think it really achieved anything.

I'd greatly appreciate any help or assistance anyone may have on this topic as I'm a bonafide fiend for media player themes! ;D
