Browse in Cover Grid mode very slow on Mac OS 10.13.6

I'm running on MacOS but when I browse music in Cover Grid mode the UI is so slow that it's unusable.  The other browse modes work fine.

Hi John,

thanks for reporting this. This is a known issue that affects all systems, not just macOS. At the time, the decision to include cover grid mode in the stable release was made with the hope to motivate folks to improve it. As far as I know there hasn't been much progress on that end unfortunately.
