I used this program after many unsuccessful ones. And it was so
logical and worked well. I have not smocked for 13 years now!!! And
never have any cravings to do so.
I have told a number of people about it and met a woman from The
Netherlands who wants to use it to quit. However it is not available
in he rcountry and I can't find my booklet with all the instructions.
Does anyone have one that I can borrow?
