addiction. How to quit smoking is not only a million dollar question,
it is a question affecting millions and millions and their number is
increasing day by day. How to quit smoking is not something that you
need to take on alone, although the responsibility of quitting does
ultimately belong with you.
Every smoker should decide what will be the best way to quit smoking.
Learning how to quit smoking is not as hard as it seems with the new

smoking is that there isn't just one cure for everyone. Learning of
how to quit smoking is just a learning path. So, if you're reading
this, you either fall under one of three categories:
- You're a non-smoker who is at least curious about what smoking is
all about, or- You're an ex-smoker who wants to know how my
experiences are different from your own, or finally, - You're a
smoker, and learning how to quit smoking is going to come in handy one
day.
Remember that the key of how to quit smoking is not the same for every
smoker.
Quit
Quit smoking is a thought uppermost in the minds of most smokers,
though it is a task easier said than done. Quitting smoking can be one
of the most important things you can do to improve your health. It
will save you thousands of dollars in medical expenses and save you
heartache and anguish from not be terminally ill as a result of
smoking related illnesses.
Quitting will give you better overall health and a better quality of
life. If one way fails you several times, you may wish to consider
trying another ways to quit smoking. In fact, one study found that
those who tried to quit smoking said that their friends made it harder
by offering cigarettes, harassing them, and smoking around them. Yet,
another study found that peers and friends provide the support needed
to quit smoking.
Finally, regardless of the type of the stop smoking medication you
have decided to use, it will simply not help if you are not devoted to
completely forget about smoking. The key to quit smoking is to
understand the process of why you smoke, how you got into it, what it
does to your body and what happens when you stop. How to quit smoking
is a topic that merits an in-depth discussion. Personally, I do not
believe it is hard to stop
smoking.
