Having issues with drag and drop install of plugins...

Hi! I'm back to experimenting with Tiddlywiki after a long time away. Far as I remember, drag and drop used to work for me without any problems, but as it currently stands, when I drag a plugin link from my browser into a Tiddlywiki instance in Quine, I get an "untitled" import containing a reference for the plugin I was trying to install. 

I've tried the import fix of creating a Tiddler containing "{{$:/Import||$:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/body/import}}", and I was able to install "Mobile Drag Drop" from core plugins hoping that either of those might fix whatever the issue is; no joy. Is there something simple I'm missing?
