to Quine
Hello,

And big thanks for looking at my communication. Firstoff, I am not IT literate, and that's why I was happy to get Quine for access to my WIN PC generated TiddlyWiki Pilot training project, a lot of work over a long time in teaching / learning environment and offline use requirement.

Now I hope there is a fix to issues with plain migration from Win10 to iPad. Apologies if the forum already discussed this, I didn't see an according thread. :
  • relative WIN path syntax to PDFs don't work any more (.\folder\file.pdf). Ok, moving all PDFs to same folder as TiddlyWiki file (within Quine) plus correcting paths gives access. That's a large directory without further structure, a real lot of work, and loss of inter-platform use.
  • A key feature of the project is the context sensitive call of individual pages in referenced PDFs, which are up to 240MB and 810 pages in size. Unfortunately that call now is inoperative, returning PDF page 1. Example:
    • macro definition by \define pdflink(label path page) [ext[$label$|$path$.pdf#page=$page$]]
    • macro call by <<pdflink label:"Cessna 172: Page 3" path:"Cessna-172_SerialNumbers" page:3>>  (omitting relative path like e.g. .\AviationWikiFiles\  )
Therefore I would be very happy to learn about a possible fix. Thank you in advance for any help
Bruno
