Of course Courier is the dream. This is how the TPT should have been.

Kno tried to do something similar: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uL-2Egqc1qc
But they failed to deliver more than some prototypes and canceled
preorders.

So now they transformed it in an ipad app:

this sucks because the iPad has no pen.

Maybe it could give some inspirations to Quill..

I almost cried when the Courier concept was killed. I spent a long
time trying to find a decent replacement, I bought an Asus eeNote from
Taiwan which was cool, but definitely a version 1 product. Sold it on
eBay for a $25 profit. I got an iPad from work when I advised on
their mobile application but couldn't get into it - never subscribed
to the 'no stylus' thing. Then when the TPT was announced I jumped on
it - it's almost perfect. I just don't understand why no one has
tried to replicate the Courier UI.

How about keeping Quill as a cool notebook app and forking the code to
develop another app - to be the Android Courier we all lust after?
The 'Infinite Journal' that we were all high on?
