Quickzip Explorer plugin crashes explorer on explorer being closed, on Windows Vista

Hello,

On Windows Vista, the explorer shell plugin apparently crashes
explorer when it is shut down (e.g. when I close explorer window, I
get an error report from Vista stating that explorer has crashed, and
if I inspect the crash information it lists the offending module being
quickzip's extension/plugin.
