The only listing currently working on either gadget is DJI. I am looking forward to full functionality as i know you are going to get this working for us.

You are the best

Hi everyone,

I am not able to reproduce any issue reported here, except for the Dow Jones issue last week, which I went ahead and fixed it.

I am able to see all stock data, including Dow Jones, at the time of this writing - attached a screenshot here..

Going forward, this is want I would like to follow.. When reporting issues, please do the following :

1) When you see something not right, please confirm if it is a real issue (happening always) or just a one-off thing (usually gets fixed "automatically" after a couple of tries). Why do I say this? The data is pulled from Yahoo servers, so it is possible that the servers sometimes don't respond. The job of this gadget is to request stock data from Yahoo Finance servers on your behalf. If it does not get the data, unfortunately there is nothing the gadget can do :(

2) If you see the issue happening even after a few tries (try atleast for a few hours), then please report it with the browser name and version you are using. It would also help if you list the Operating System and version you saw the issue on.

I usually use Chrome on Mac for development. I don't have the configuration to test every feature on every browser but I am more than willing to fix any problems you report. Please note that this is my hobby project and I do have a full-time job, so I fix browser-specific issues only when reported, otherwise I wont even know that you are facing a problem.

Thanks again for your understanding.

Uday-

I have the same problem with the widget on Netvibes. I am viewing it with Firefox 25.0.1 with Windows 8.1 operating system. Here is what I see:

Only the DJI seems to not load correctly. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Hi Tim,

I think you are using the wrong version of the gadget..

Please use the instructions on the following page to add the latest version to Netvibes. I no longer support the version that you are using.

Thanks
-Uday
