Your custom URL gadget has the incorrect url. Can u try creating a new one by following these instructions?

That is the URL I am using but when you click the "Fullscreen" button it doesn't load that into the address. So, no, that doesn't work.

Even though it doesn't show in address bar, when I go into settings for the gadget, the addresss you provided is indeed the address that I have used.

Suggestions?

What ending up working was doing a "Refresh Firefox". It's in the upper right hand of the window that opens after typing about:support in address bar.
