We should probably start marking all plug-ins to require build 4005 of
Quicksilver and OS 10.9.
For whatever reason, plug-ins build with the latest SDK don’t run at
all on older versions of OS X, even with no code changes. I don’t have
time to figure out why, or I’d have a different recommendation. :-)
