QuickServer installation on OSx

Hi, I am trying to install QuickServer.

I downloaded the setup from here

Here are the CLASSPATH and PATH variables

Using JDK 1.6.0. When I run the echoserver example, I get 'class not found' error

What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
