Can I retrieve ClientHandler from findAllClient() and send message from different thread?

Can I retrieve a ClientHandler from findAllClient()  and use it to send a string message from different thread?

I tried to do it but the message has not been sent. I don't know why?

 

The client handler trace is ClientEvent-Run Blocking.
