New version - 1.1 final

Hello everyone,

I'm glad to announce the release of the new version of QuickPALM (1.1 final) with the new features:

- Option to estimate resolution along the z-axis when creating a 3D calibration table.

- Self-update quickpalm by searching for latest version online. 

I have also set a couple of new tutorials online on how to build your own custom microscope (for <200k euros) and how to adapt an Andor Revolution system for PALM/STORM. Unfortunately they are a bit noisy due to the cooling fans in the rooms but I hope to do better ones in the near future.
