Folder for analyzing live data

Hi,

where do I enter the location of the image folder, where the CCD streams the acquired data, so that quickpalm can analyze the "in-coming" images directly? I did not find this inside the tutorials ... (sorry, if I just did not see it).

Hi Sebastien,

Start the QuickPALM/Analyse Particles, then select the "Attach to running acquisition" option, after you press OK the plugin will ask you for the folder containing the images.

So I will try it soon and stream out TIFFs directly into that folder.
