[quickpalm] Dataset example - sub-diffraction beads under astigmatism for 3D PALM or STORM

Hi everyone,

I have just uploaded a small dataset example of how beads change their width/height over depth when imaged with our cylindrical lens (referenced on the paper).
You can use it to see if your system is giving out a similar performance or to test the "Create 3D calibration" method on the QuickPALM plugin, I've attached a snapshot of the calibration table graph generated with the dataset.

The image has 106.67nm pixel size and each slide was taken with a 10nm step, the link to the dataset: http://quickpalm.googlegroups.com/web/Subdiffraction+beads+under+astigmatism+voxel+106x106x10nm.tif
