Time synchronization between laser control for QuickPALM and external device

Can the laser control for QuickPALM be synchronized with external device? How to realize it?

Hi Jacob,

Unfortunately without any code changes it can't.

Micromanager 1.4 already supports the AA AOTFs in a similar way to the "laser control for QuickPALM". If I'm not mistaken they have an arduino interface that allows for TTL synchronisation of the AOTF. Their mailing list might have some useful information in case you want to check if Micro-Manager is up to what you want to do.
