URL for random-uuid library is incorrect

Just talking to mfiano on #lisp and they let me know that the correct URL for this library is https://git.mfiano.net/mfiano/random-uuid -- the one in quicklisp is a GitHub URL instead of this one.

I'm already using the correct URL. Why do you think the one in Quicklisp refers to github?
