How can I get the documentation of a quicklisp library by typing C-h f?

C-h f works in emacs with e.g. the "sin" function.

I use
the cl-gdata / cl-gdata-20120811-hg quicklisp library.

Unfortunately, there isn't a very good way right now. What I would do in
that situation is:

- google for: cl-gdata lisp

- try to find a web page

- if it doesn't have a web page, look in look in
~/quicklisp/dists/quicklisp/software/cl-gdata-<whatever>/ for
README, docs, etc

I'd like a better process for this.

I wrote the "docbrowser" tool to help with this. I have also had the idea to integrate some kind of documentation lookup in Emacs. Now that I know that there is at least one more person who wants it, I should get going. :-)
