no ql package

to Quicklisp

I load quicklisp.lisp and when I try
(ql:system-apropos "hunchentoot") or
(ql:quickload "hunchentoot")
I get error that there is no package ql ?

quicklisp.lisp is the installer for Quicklisp. When you load it, it
should print some directions for how to proceed. After you install it
once, you do not need to load quicklisp.lisp again; it is normally
initialized by loading ~/quicklisp/setup.lisp.
