publishing packages on quicklisp

I have a bunch of packages of various sizes which I'd like to eventually publish with quicklisp.   

Is there a set of instructions I should follow?   I took a look at the page https://www.quicklisp.org/beta/

but I didn't see this question addressed.

There doesn't seem to be a link to or any mention of the FAQ page from https://www.quicklisp.org/beta/.

Is that intentional?

I took a look at   https://www.quicklisp.org/beta/faq.html

And it's still not clear to me what the requirements are on my code to make it compatible with quicklisp.

I think I'm missing something fundamental.

searching for the structure of the page and its questions.

The FAQ says to create an issue on https://github.com/quicklisp/quicklisp-projects/issues and refers to more

information about it.

Thanks Aad, I'm not looking for how to do the submission.  Rather I'm looking for 

what kind of state the directory/files must be in  to make it quicklisp compatible.

Perhaps this misnamed blog post is the correct answer?

Yes it is!   Thanks.  I was looking for FAQ and should have been looking for "Frequent"
