error 0xc000007b when running examples

I'm tring to start examples, but every time receive such Windows
error:

Error running application (0xc000007b).

I'm using VS2010, mpc 3.9, activeperl and xerces 3.1.1 are installed:

I guess probably this is because i'm using VS2010 which is not fully
compatible. How to resolve my problem?
