MFAST value_storage of_array null terminated?

Hello,

anyone know if the value_storage->of_array.content_ is null terminated or not? 

When i decode from Oslo Börs sometimes it´s null terminated an other times it´s not.  

And if not null terminated, why say the length is 1 more then the actually data revived from the exchange? 

For example if I get the Symbol: just writing  to the standard out i sometimes get the correct value: NO0007033728N

while other time I get this:NO0010760663Nÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ^☺

Both times it says the length of the field is 13.
