mfast building instructions - add "Catch" framework?

To build mfast I have to copy https://raw.githubusercontent.com/philsquared/Catch/master/single_include/catch.hpp to "src" folder.

This is because some mfast files refer "catch.hpp"

However "Catch" dependency is not mentioned in build instructions https://github.com/objectcomputing/mFAST/wiki/Installlation 

Am I correct that mFast is dependent on Catch? And if so should we update build instructions?
