NEED CANDIDATES with strong Python and Azure skills, ideally with 8-10 years of development experience. The candidate should also have a stable job history and come from a good university.
Role:
We are seeking a backend hands on developer (12+ years) with strong expertise in Python and AI technologies to design, develop and maintain high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI libraries like OpenAI, LangChain, Langraph and integrating with cloud platforms such as Azure. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement new features and ensure seamless integration of both front-end and back-end components.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating Python-based projects, particularly AI-focused applications.
3. Proficiency in Python and experience with Python web framework FastAPI including Pydantic, SQL Alchemy/SQL Model.
4. Experience with AI / Agentic frameworks and libraries like OpenAI and LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI.
5. Familiarity with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, and AI-related deployment in Azure cloud environments.
6. Experience building RESTful APIs using Python.
7. Strong understanding of SQL databases, with proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing database interactions.
8. Familiarity with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
9. Experience in DevOps pipelines, including build, release, and CI/CD processes on platforms like Azure DevOps.
10. Basic front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a focus on integrating AI functionalities into web interfaces using Streamlit or Plotly Dash.
11. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
12. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Datasphere Security Consultant to lead and manage the security aspects of SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud) environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP Datasphere security protocols to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance across our cloud-based data infrastructure. As an expert in SAP Datasphere security, you will work closely with IT, SAP functional teams, and security teams to ensure a secure, scalable, and compliant data environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Implementation & Configuration:
- Implement and configure security protocols within SAP Datasphere to ensure data access and processing is compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Configure user roles and authorizations, ensuring users have appropriate levels of access to data and resources.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, SAP BW, and other teams to integrate security measures across the SAP Datasphere landscape.
- Data Access & Authorization Management:
- Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC) for data access in SAP Datasphere, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
- Manage and monitor the creation of user roles, profiles, and assignments, and ensure they are in line with business and security requirements.
- Work with SAP HANA security and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) teams to ensure seamless integration of security settings.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure SAP Datasphere security practices are aligned with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other data protection laws.
- Perform risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities in the SAP Datasphere environment.
- Work with IT and compliance teams to implement appropriate remediation measures and ensure continuous monitoring of security controls.
- Security Monitoring & Incident Management:
- Set up and maintain monitoring systems to track data security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and security breaches.
- Investigate and respond to any security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Maintain security logs and documentation related to data access and security configurations.
- Security Enhancements & Updates:
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities in SAP Datasphere and related technologies.
- Apply security patches, updates, and upgrades to SAP Datasphere to ensure it remains secure against emerging risks.
- Recommend and implement new security features and improvements to enhance the overall security posture of the system.
- Collaboration & Training:
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to design secure, scalable, and compliant data architectures.
- Provide training and guidance to business users and other teams on best practices for managing and securing data in SAP Datasphere.
- Assist in documentation and knowledge-sharing related to security policies, procedures, and configurations.
- SAP Datasphere Security Architecture:
- Design, implement, and maintain security architecture within the SAP Datasphere, including encryption, data masking, and other data protection measures.
- Work with SAP Basis and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure proper segregation of duties (SoD) and secure deployment of SAP Datasphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP security, specific expertise in SAP Datasphere or related cloud data solutions (e.g., SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP BW, SAP HANA).
- Proven experience in implementing security roles, data authorization strategies, and compliance policies in SAP environments.
- Hands-on experience with security tools, technologies, and frameworks within the SAP ecosystem.
