Quick Dialog TableView (Not Full Screen)

I want to execute QD in a UIView that does not take up the whole screen. I need to put a Done Button on the UIView in addition to the QD form elements. I am building up the view using a JSON file. When I load the data I see that QD takes up the whole screen by default. Any suggestions on how to deal with the issue?
