QProgressElement question

I am using this element to show time remaining on a certain action (for a game).

As I update the cell, the bar flickers a lot, which I haven't seen with the other QElements. Is there a way to stop this flicker, or do I need to consider using another element? I was using QFloatElement, and that worked okay, but it was bad UI design because the user cannot (and isn't supposed to) interact with it.

Also, is there no way to give a title to the QProgressElement? Some like "Time Remaining   -----------------------------", for example?
