Open Vim in Terminal.app

With It'sAllText Firefox extension I was able to open Vim in Terminal.app - did anyone figure out how to do that for Quick Cursor?

I'm very interested in this too, I love the idea of QuickCursor but I would really want it to open up vim in my terminal (iTerm2 for me instead of Terminal).
