WYSIWYG Editor not working

Ok. I use the composer command,

composer create-project -s dev quickapps/website [website_name]

Then after installing and adding content,

I am able to use the plugin by adding the cdn script on the top of the template

seems to be a problem when fetching plugin's resources (/webroot/*)
