When create new plugins for frontend it would ask to admin login..

Hello,

I have create new plugins for the front end users registration.. All works well as per expectation but problem is without admin login it won't load.... i mean when I enter URL into browser it first ask me for admin login after that it show registration page over frontend....

I have seen into "acos" and "permission" tables and set permission set as well but no luck.... 

Is there anyone who have same problem.... Pl guide me
