Updated Quick Tag

Hi guys sometime tomorrow or Sunday I'm going to be sending out new
quicktag files to replace the current ones.

I've worked in some better error handling and made the script a little
more user friendly for quests or members requesting your tags. When
they make a mistake, like no font color, no name, etc they'll be
prompted to return to the form.

The upgrade will be painless, the files will need to be uploaded to
your quicktag folder overwriting the old quicktag files (just four of
them) and you're done :)
