eg some aprication just rotate bone along to world axis with keep X Y Z order. but in blender I can not do same thing in edit mode. I can still rotate along to world axis, but it is different from what I get in pose mode. I tried to rotate bone in pose mode, and apply current transform as rest pose, but these step may need not, if there is option which rotate edit-bone without auto-set roll.

Thanks! Those are very helpful. I am basically trying to get my wife to learn how to use Blender without the Add-On confusion. She looked at various tutorials and in the beginning of the videos they almost never tell you that you require a special add-on, and after following everything they start mentioning that you need to download and install an add-on.

Right on! That is a good workaround for the problem that I was facing. I really appreciate your help with that. I knew there had to be a way to delete an edge AND have the extraneous vertices get deleted without killing the face or deforming the mesh.

Yes, you can make soap without a stick blender! Some soap recipes actually turn out better without a stick blender. To successfully make soap without a stick blender, you must manage your temperature and understand the principles of making soap.

When I first started making soap, I had a horrible experience with a batch I made without a stick blender. The reason? I got really bad advice from a professionally published book about soap making. Go figure!

Pro Tip: If you want to skip using a stick blender, you also might consider making hot process soap instead. The safest way to do that is in an old slow cooker dedicated only to soap making. If you have an extra one, use that. If not, the best place to look for an inexpensive one the thrift store.

I am making a 3d game with Java LWJGL. I use .obj files to load the models into my game but i dont make it read a separate .mtl file because it is really hard and im struggling to do it. So im trying to make the obj files in blender then exporting it as an obj. BUT there is an extra file which pops up called "player.mtl" and when i try to read just the obj format file my game cant process it :(
This has been on my mind for a long time.

For Rigged Meshes you can work without Avastar as well. There is the avatar workbench available, which is a free blend file that contains a basic avatar plus its skeleton. You can start your work there.

There is no installer to place Blender on the menu, but there is also no need for administrator rights. With this option, it is possible to have multiple versions of Blender without conflicting,as they are not actually installed on the system.

Practical tips and tricks for pipelining work with an emphasis on blender and animations. Focusing on explaining how to take advantage of industry standards without external software in order to speed up and formalize production.

Ever wondered how to make hummus without a blender? Well friends, you are in the right place! I show you how to whip up this tasty chickpea with no blender, food processor or even electricity required!

A good bowl of soup is one of the best things to have for lunch on a chilly day. There are few things as warming or hearty as a delicious bowl of soup and one pot can last you a few days! Because of how fond I am of my creamy pumpkin soup recipe, I decided to develop a easy carrot soup without stock recipe that was similar but more accessible to make year-round.

Now, set a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and, working in batches and using a wooden spoon or silicone spatula, press the carrot mixture through the sieve to get a very smooth consistency. If you have a blender, this would be the time to use it instead of going through this step.

This roasted carrot soup is absolutely delicious and doesn't require any special equipment or ingredients. Delicious and creamy, you don't need storebought stock, cream or even a blender to get fantastic results!

An easier way would be to create a Bridge between Blender and ThreeJS, where you could edit meshes in Blender and they would be sent instantly to ThreeJS. This way you would adjust the parameters and mesh in Blender, and see the result reflected in ThreeJS without having to go through exports.

Without exporting? Even if you manage to get the editing phase with blender in the background or with some extension to run ThreeJS inside blender, how would you ship the final result to the masses. Would you ask every final user to install blender?

Once you can answer the above question, you would have a direction you could walk towards. By that point, you may come to the realization that just building your own editor interface may in fact be less effort, unless the tools you use (e.g. blender) gives you the ability to connect to it directly from a browser.

If you move an object without overwriting the old keyframe and the object already has its location keyframed, then whenever you refresh / change frame (or reload the file, in your case), it'll snap to the old keyframed position.

@Kamil it's hard to say without seeing your model and understanding what you mean by "poorly imported" and how exactly you're reparing the wall geometry. Unlinking in general is a pretty advanced feature which should not be used by the majority of users.

Meanwhile, this is an example of how Speckle is currently handling QGIS and ArcGIS-originated data, by attaching a CRS object and having geometry location respect the specified CRS without additional modifications (yet):

P.S. QGIS can receive geometry without CRS property, just before receiving, the Project CRS settings should be set to the CRS you are using for writing object coordinates. If Blender GIS plugin allows to create the scene using original CRS with no modifications, it should be transferred to QGIS flawlessly

Furthermore, after successfully repeating your latest instructions, we tried adding some (very simple) 3D information to the object, therefore reconverting it to a Mesh, and also saving and exporting it to an IFC project (BIM open standard format). Then sent it to Speckle and imported to QGIS. We even used a different CRS (EPSG:3857). Everything works as expected!!!

Essentially, you discard thick peels such as orange peels (leaving the thin peels, such as beet, apple and carrot on is fine), chop your produce into sizes your blender can handle, add some liquid like water or coconut water and blend until smooth.

To make this super tasty apple, beet, carrot, ginger juice, I simply blended it all up in a blender and then pressed it through a fine mesh strainer until I got all of the juice out. Then, I discarded the pulp and enjoyed my juicy juice.

What an awesome recipe! The 41 gm of sugar (wowza!) prompted me to dilute this, so I used some unsweetened Hibiscus iced tea I had brewed up and tossed it in the blender. This made more like 3-4 servings. And, it also makes the blending process a little easier. And, being hibiscus tea it maintained the beautiful red hue. Love this, it will be on constant rotation.

Hi please tell me if a beet cut in 4 Will work in any blender.Im going to buy a mixer grinder because reviews said That the motor have Much more power than blenders.Meanwhile can i make This Juice in a normal blender without any liquide?Thanx

Yes. Steaming does soften the veggies BUT since some of the vitamins and minerals end up in the steamer water do NOT throw out the steamer water, pour it into your blender so those vitamins and minerals end up in your juice.

I just made this juice using my vitamix and nut milk bag. I used cold filtered water instead of apple juice. Perhaps it would have made it a little sweeter if I had. I think I could have gotten away without the apple juice if I used two apples instead one one. I am thinking adding some lemon next time too.

The .exe file will start the installation. Choose where to install Blender and set MS-Windows to run in the menu, and you can already open .blend files using Blender. You must have administrator rights on your operating system to install Blender. It creates many frames over multiple machines so that you don't burden your PC. If you use a .zip file, you unzip it manually to the folder you want to use. From there, you double-click on the executable file to start Blender. With this option, you can have multiple versions of Blender without conflict, as they are not actually installed on the system.

Begin by putting all of your ingredients besides the olive oil in your blender. Turn the blender on and to a high speed and use your tamper to push down your basil leaves. Continue to blend until everything is thoroughly incorporated.

This will launch the Blender that is pre-installed on your workstation and updated daily via the package manager. Your Blender configuration including add-ons is stored at $HOME/.config/blender/version/
