So I'm trying to make my editing less tedious and time consuming, so I got myself the Mister Horse animation composer. It's an all round great little plug in, but I'm having an issue with one main thing. Working for a news outlet I have to make multiple videos a day, and thus I need animated text in a box to be used over footage.
The animation composer has a fair amount of these, but the issue I'm facing is that I can't change the font of the text, and the text has to be all the same colour. The company I work for want me to use our own font, and also for key words to be a different colour.
Is there a way to make this work? It doesn't necessarily have to be using the animation composer. I basically want to have easy go-to animated text boxes with a custom font and able to change the colour of certain words.
Alternatively, if it's simple enough, you could actually build this with Premiere Pro's new essential graphics workflow and build your own templates (including auto-sizing boxes) without even having to use AE or expressions at all.
You would probably have to mess with the source text keyframes and expressions the script creates. At least the font should not be an issue, though. It's may understanding that it will honor the font the layer was created with, it's only difficult to change it afterwards. The coloring issue could likely also be easily solved by adding text animators or in the worst case text style expressions. Either way, never worked with the thing and a more specific explanation of what you actualyl need would be required, anyway. Once expressions or stuff created by scripts of any kind are involved things tend to get very specific, as not breaking their automation will require to be very careful and modifying someoen else's code would require to study it thoroughly, anyway, to understand what it does.
My aim is to make it easier to make text boxes like this, with key words being in a different colour. When I made these I would draw out the box, make a text box inside them, and then apply a linear wipe to both to give them a small animation.
changing fonts and colors is possible, simply open the composition of the text box you imported from animation composer, select the text layer, and change the font. also to set the color manually, simply select the text layer and go to effects control and turn off the fill effects, now you can set the color for any word as you want.

I am having issues with Visual Composer CSS Animations not working. It seems one works but its only working on the tabs section and that is the slideinUp CSS Animation. No other animations seem to work on any element. Please help! ...
The parallax elements are now hidden and also spacing is messed up, however the animations all work when the X Integration is unchecked. We are halfway there but I need the animations to work and also not remove any styling and parallax features.
I have checked the code you have share on the previous thread, the animation is added on the column. With X integration enabled, visual composer CSS animation will not work on column because of the default fade in animation added through the integration.
So why does the plugin break when X Integration is unchecked? This doesnt seem like a good match of compatibility, you guys state that all plugins are tested before updates to make sure they function with the theme however this plugin and theme completely break?
So removing the functionality of visual composer on the back end editor is supposed to happen? That seems like a pretty big issue. The APIs are conflicting with core functionality of visual composer which to me doesnt make any sense, why would you have the option to disable the X Integration but it breaks visual composer all together?
I think that you misunderstood. In order to be able to integrate the shortcodes of the X to the Visual Composer, our development team had to change some core parts of the Visual Composer. That caused some of the original functionalities of the Visual Composer not working such as the animations. Our development team gave the option to have the original version or the modified X compatible ones.
So yes if you want to have animations you will need to use the original version and that means you will lose the ability to utilize X related shortcodes. The break you are experiencing is because of that. You already used the X related stuff.
Ok thank you for clarifying I had to go into the settings and unhide the Visual Composer elements, no wonder I have had so many issues transferring page data to different sites with different themes, years of that problem and now an answer.
Another question for both cornerstone and visual composer, why do the

tags keep disappearing? Its really getting annoying having to continue to correct the same breaks over and over and over. This happens with X Integration on or off.
I was using Version 5.4.3, now there was an update to Version 5.4.5. I did the update but it is still removing the
elements upon saving. I am using a WP Text block like previously mentioned, not the X Text Block.
