merging queue_classic-later into core

I have spoken with several queue_classic users who use and love the later module.

The implementation is simple and the feature is compelling. Would anyone be excited/scared about having this as a core feature?

We'd love this! Would be great to keep them in sync and have it a 1st class citizen of qc.
