First Time Roasting

Okay, a little confession. Not only will I be a new Quest user, I'm
also new to the world of roasting coffee. Most people usually try
roasting in a pan or with an air popper first. I've bypassed all that
and will be taking possession of a Quest M3 in a couple of days.

I plan on reading the manual a couple of times before roasting.
However, are there perhaps one or two things that the manual doesn't
cover clearly enough? Or is it pretty much straight forward? I guess
I'm hoping to learn from some of your mistakes and discoveries.
