The fundamental philosophy of credit card companies:
Symbolizes the fundamental divorce between impulsive and long-term
decision-making.
Buy now. Suffer the consequences later.
It's almost as if people live in a chronic state of desperation.
Engage in activity and consider any consequences for your actions!
Geeze!
There is a fundamental severage in short and long-term thinking in all
minds of Americans.
America is supposedly collectively in debt because we have been
trained to act in impulse rather than think twice in our actions.
This trickles down in nearly all of our lives. Not only making
purchases, but also in everyday-decision-making... like...
uh.. .environmental problems. Which REQUIRES long-term thinking!
