to Question Reality
Primary Sources of Information:

Dr. Bruce Tiffney Definition's of Life and Living Organisms:
"We are truly bags of chemicals surrounded by a membrane that
interacts with the environment through selective filtering of inputs
and outputs to acquire chemicals such as to maintain its existence and
replicate itself. And not only that, all its behaviors-operations-
functions-operations (however you want to call it) conform to the
laws
of physics, and depending on the size of the bag of chemicals, its
experience of physical reality is very different even though all laws
of physics are constant."

(1). Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.
(2). Scientology Spheres of Needs (Yes, Scientology is weird, but it
has some fundamental kernels of wisdom!).
(3). Dr. Sam Sweet's notes on "How to Design a Vertebrate" errr "How
to Design an Organism."
(4). Few Variations of this "Hierarchy of Needs" in the literature.

Mapping Maslow's Ladder onto Conciousness of Individuals Around the
Globe
Value Systems and Conscious of Space and Time.
**Satisfy own individual needs, then expand awareness of space and
time to assign value to other needs.
**"Third World Countries:" Interface of Conflict of Value Systems: For
example, my friend Becca, upon her trip to several countries around
the world (e.g. Panama), she saw with her own eyes the problem of
implementing community-based seaturtle conservation programs, simply
because the First World Value of Conservation (caring about the
environment is an Intellectual Luxury) as at conflict with the Basal
Value of Survival and Food for the Family for the Day. Conservation
Value is only value to be acquired given that you have all your basic
needs met (like we, scientists, researchers). Unless you are Gandhi,
and you will starve yourself, commit suicide, and be the Anonymous
Jesus Christ for the planet such that you will save Sea Turtles (Song,
No Jesus, No Sacrifice). But most people are organisms that conform to
evolutionarily-derived principles of survival and replication.

to Question Reality
(As discussed with Chris, Dr. Sweet's grad student, the problem of the
environment is the failure of the individual human to imagine worlds
and realities outside his or her own immediate needs and
surroundings... but now that Obama was voted in, I'm not so sure of
that....)
