ObamaWorld: What Does It All Mean?

**I woke up Wednesday Morning, the day after the elections, only to
realize that my fundamental perception of reality started to change--
dramatically, in unexpected ways.

**Yesterday, I went into Vons, only to find a smiling Obama in front
of Men's Health Magazine.
**I was so happy to see that My President, Our President, is a
celebrity in his own right. This man embodies not only ideals for the
country, but ideals, values, and morals on how to take care of oneself
and how to maintain and innovate a family. This man really connects to
the people, all people. Everyone has their flaws (for example, he
smokes every once and a while) but everyone has their vices, including
myself.
**Obama is simply a great compromiser, not an egotistical mud-slinger.
He's here to solve problems and seek common grounds, not pick a fight.
He's a lefty! He's a Southpaw! He's sooo cool!

(As discussed with Chris, Dr. Sweet's grad student, the problem of the
environment is the failure of the individual human to imagine worlds
and realities outside his or her own immediate needs and
surroundings... but now that Obama was voted in, I'm not so sure of
that....)
