I am testing items using the DasyLab 2022 run time software and the DAQ module USB-DIO32HS. The person who designed and wrote the code is no longer working in the company and I had to take it over. The original computer which was used for programming works but a newly configured computer gives me the following attached error.
if it is enabled, disable it, click OK at the bottom and follow the onscreen prompts. Then run the DASYLab configurator a second time, and this time, enable it. click 'OK' at the bottom, follow the onscreen prompts, and try running the work sheet again. -sometimes the first time the MCC-DRV driver is enabled doesn't quite work right and needs disable/enable cycle.
Thank you for your response, the module unknown error is no longer seen but I am getting a new error now. The scan rate error, I have also attached the configurator tab photo with initially both the DataScan solo and 7000 were selected.
The working computer, where the code was written was in DasyLab 13.0, the software files are saved as ".DSB" and when I go to properties - older version, I can't change anything. The new computer is using runtime Dasylab 2022. How to make them compatible.
Also the previous version of the software on the working computer was running with the configurator launcher. The new non-working computer runs with the Data Acquisition software, not sure if I have the wrong version of the software itself
I would uninstall DASYLab 2022 and install DASYLab 13. Until you get the problem resolved, for a limited amount of time (for the purposes of trouble shooting), you may install your DASYLab 13 license on the previously installed DASYLab 2022 system. Get it working, and then change the key to your runtime. Note you do not have to reinstall DASYLab 2022 at that point, just use the DASYLab 2022 runtime key on the DASYLab 2013 runtime install.
I managed to install the dasylab13 and the MCC-DRV driver as well, but I am getting the module not found error again. I have been toggling between the two measuring computing but to no use. Also, removing this removes the MCC-DRV drive.
Sorry about the poor quality. I was doing the above tests in the newly installed DasyLab 13 on the not working on a computer. I removed Dasylab 22 and installed 13 for the above tests and got module error again
