QCT: Logistics Team Meeting 1/31/13 for Venue Strategy

Hey everyone!

Our next Logistics Team meeting will be Thursday, January 31st at 9:00pm at Cassie's house 1858 W. Chicago Ave, Unit 3F 60622. 

This is a super important meeting to gather our resources regarding venues for the festival. Please come if you want to help locate and reach out to venues, have ideas, or if you have connections and information regarding venues we could use for the festival. 

If possible have as much information about potential venues as possible. Including but not limited to: contact person, accessibility (facility wise and cta), cost, ppl capacity, advance availability, stage setup, age limitations, etc.  If you don't have this yet, no worries, it is just helpful to have as much information when considering places as possible 

I have attached the Logistic Meeting notes from 1/13/13 with the proposed schedule to give folks an idea of what we will be needing. 

Also, if you cannot make the meeting but have information and ideas please email them directly to me and I will present them at the meeting.
