Notes and announcements from QCT All Teams Meeting 1-23-13

Hey everyone!

Thanks to everyone that was there Wednesday and to those who were there in spirit! We had a great meeting got a lot of work done. Attached are the notes from the meeting to catch everyone up to speed. 

Important follow up Action Items:

-Logistics Team will be meeting Thursday, January 31st at 9:00pm at Cassie's house 1858 W. Chicago Ave, Unit 3F 60622. I will be sending a follow up email with more details about this meeting and reattaching the previous notes regarding the projected festival schedule. 

-Artistic Team will be meeting in the next two weeks, Dietzler will be sending out a request/announcement and agenda. Super important for folks interested in having creative input in the festival! Your energy is welcome and needed! 

-Media Team is still needing more folks involved, especially for techie help like designing a website, managing it and server stuff, etc.  Creative energy welcome as well! Please let myself or Jamie Royce know if you are interested!

-Next All Teams meeting will be Wednesday, March 6th at 6:00pm, location to be announced!
