REMINDER: QCT All teams meeting Wednesday, March 6th

Hello all!!

I hope you are having a delightful weekend and this finds you well. Just a reminder that our next meeting will be Wednesday, March 6th at 6:00pm. We will be meeting at the lovely and charming Joe Varisco's house at 3405 W. Dickens Ave. As usual, if folks need a ride from the North Side let me know!

Here is our general agenda, I will send a detailed one on Monday:

• Updates from Logistics team on Venue decision and setting the date
  
• Updates from Media team with Logo proposal and promotion content
• Updates from Financial team with tentative budget, sponsorship proposal and fundraising strategy
• Updates from Artist team on outreach contacts, headline wish list and theme/call

Anyone who is interested in being involved is welcome! We will have a lot of opportunities for input and taking on small to large tasks so please make it if you can. If you have any questions or ideas please contact me!
